What happens today

You steer from memory, because the numbers take too long to gather.

The data exists. It's just spread across four tools and nobody has an hour to compile it.

01

The dashboard is Sunday evening

Export, copy, paste, check a broken formula. By the time the sheet is ready, the week has already started.

02

Every tool tells a different story

The customer count differs between invoicing and the CRM. Nobody knows which one is right.

03

Problems are discovered too late

Unpaid invoices pile up, pending quotes age, and you see it when closing the books, not before.

How it works

Your sources, your definitions, one page every week.

The workflow collects and presents. What is measured, and how, is defined with you, once, in writing.

Step 01

We decide what matters

Five to ten indicators, not fifty. For each, a written definition: where the number comes from, what it includes, what it excludes. That document is what avoids debates about “the right number”.

Step 02

Data is collected automatically

Each source is connected once. At the scheduled time, the numbers are fetched, the definitions applied, the differences from the previous period computed.

Step 03

A readable page arrives

An email or a shared page: the numbers, their trend, and the points needing attention. A missing or inconsistent figure is flagged, not hidden.

What changes

Before and after: what actually changes.

You still interpret and decide. You stop compiling.

You stay in control

What stays in your hands.

A number steers decisions. The workflow presents it faithfully, it never interprets it for you.

The definitions are yours

Each indicator is described in writing and approved by you. A definition change is dated, so comparisons stay fair.

Sources are visible

Each number shows where it comes from. You can trace back to the original data at any time.

You choose who gets what

A full page for you, a reduced version for the team or a partner: recipients and content are defined by you.

Nothing leaves your tools

Data is read from your accounts and presented in your own space. No copy is kept elsewhere.

Tools involved

Your current tools, connected together.

The workflow plugs into the tools you already use. Compatibility is checked for your case, never assumed.

Illustrative scenario

A service company, a Monday morning.

A fictional example to show the sequence. The timings and rules are the ones you would choose.

Monday, 6 am

Collection

The week's numbers are fetched: invoiced sales, quotes sent and signed, overdue invoices, meetings held, customer requests received and closed.

Monday, 6:05 am

Check

The invoicing tool didn't respond for two invoices. The page flags it clearly rather than showing a wrong total.

Monday, 7 am

Page sent

You receive a page: eight numbers, their difference from last week, three points of attention. Your partner receives the reduced version.

Monday, 8:30 am

Decision

Quotes pending for more than 10 days have doubled. You decide on a follow-up push this week. The number told you before it became a problem.

End of month

Monthly view

The same page, over the month, compared with the previous month. No compiling to do for the meeting.

Illustrative scenario: the timings, messages and rules are examples. They are defined with you, from your tools and the way you work. An illustration is not a promise of results.

Frequently asked

Before you ask.

How many indicators?

Few. Five to ten numbers you actually look at beat a complete dashboard nobody opens. More can always be added later.

My data is in a hand-kept spreadsheet. Does that work?

Yes, provided the spreadsheet has a stable structure. The workflow reads it like any other source. We check what's reliable before committing.

What if a number is wrong?

The page shows the source of each number. Missing or inconsistent data is flagged, never smoothed over. You fix it at the source, the next page is correct.

Which format?

An email readable on a phone, a shared Google Sheets page, or both. No extra tool to open.

Next step

Which task would you like to stop redoing the same way?

Describe what repeats, the tools involved and what you would like to improve. No need to have chosen a solution yet.
