What happens today

An empty slot can never be recovered.

It isn't the customer's fault. It's that between booking and the day itself, nobody looks after it.

01

Six emails to find a time

“Tuesday?” “No, Thursday.” “Thursday morning or afternoon?” The appointment is set, two days and one mix-up later.

02

Nobody sends a reminder

The customer scribbled the date somewhere. On the day, they forgot. The slot stays empty and the day is disrupted.

03

Cancellations come too late

A cancellation the evening before doesn't allow the slot to be filled. Without a requested confirmation, you discover the no-show on the spot.

How it works

One link, one confirmation, one reminder, one freed slot reused.

The workflow relies on your existing calendar. It doesn't decide your availability, it applies it.

Step 01

The appointment books itself

A booking link shows your real slots, with the rules you set: duration, minimum notice, breaks. The customer picks, the calendar updates, no more back-and-forth.

Step 02

Confirmation and reminder go out at the right time

An immediate confirmation with the location or video link, then a reminder before the appointment, with a button to confirm, move or cancel. In your tone, with your signature.

Step 03

Changes come back to you

A cancellation or a move updates the calendar and is flagged to you. If the slot frees up early enough, a waiting list can be notified.

What changes

Before and after: what actually changes.

You keep your hours and your calendar. You stop managing the back-and-forth.

You stay in control

What stays in your hands.

Your time is your business's most precious resource. The workflow applies your rules, it doesn't invent them.

Your slots, your rules

Days, hours, duration, minimum booking notice, buffer between appointments: all defined by you and changeable at any time.

Your messages

Confirmation and reminder are written with you. The customer recognises your way of speaking, not a third-party service.

Your contact data stays yours

Customer details are used only for the appointment concerned, in the tools you have chosen.

You can always step in

Block a day, accept an appointment outside the slots, move one by hand: your calendar remains the reference.

Tools involved

Your current tools, connected together.

The workflow plugs into the tools you already use. Compatibility is checked for your case, never assumed.

Illustrative scenario

A consultancy, a discovery meeting.

A fictional example to show the sequence. The timings and rules are the ones you would choose.

Monday, 2 pm

Booking

Ms R. clicks the link received in an email and picks Thursday 10 am. The calendar updates, a confirmation goes out with the video link.

Wednesday, 10 am

Reminder

A reminder 24 hours before, with three buttons: confirm, move, cancel.

Wednesday, 10:05 am

Moved

Ms R. moves to Friday 9 am. The calendar is updated, you are notified, Thursday's slot is available again.

Wednesday, 11 am

Slot reused

Someone on the waiting list receives the offer of Thursday's slot and accepts it.

Friday, 9 am

Meeting

The meeting takes place. Afterwards, a follow-up note is created in your sheet, with the next action for you to define.

Illustrative scenario: the timings, messages and rules are examples. They are defined with you, from your tools and the way you work. An illustration is not a promise of results.

Frequently asked

Before you ask.

Do I need to change calendar?

No. The workflow connects to your Google or Outlook calendar. The booking link reads your real availability and writes into it.

Can the customer book at any time?

Only within the slots you have opened, with the minimum notice you set. You can block days at any time.

What about appointments taken by phone?

You enter them in your calendar as usual. The confirmation and reminder go out the same way, if the customer's details are filled in.

SMS or email?

Both are possible. SMS gets read more for a short reminder, email suits a confirmation with details. You choose per message type.
