n8de.me was born from observing the field: restaurants, SMEs, e-commerce shops fighting daily with operations that should run by themselves. Two things became obvious: operations can swallow a business whole, and most "all-in-one" tools do nothing you actually ask of them.
I found n8n looking for a Zapier alternative that wasn't bleeding me dry. Within 6 months I was automating everything I could: reviews, follow-ups, inventory, accounting. That's when I realized there was a real service to build for other Belgian SMEs.
