Will my team actually use a bot?
Yes — because it lives on WhatsApp, the app they already use 100 times a day. No app to install, no account to create. We hand over a number, they message like they would a colleague. First-week adoption typically lands around 80%.
What if Jarvis is wrong or doesn't know?
If it doesn't know, it escalates to you via notification. If it's wrong, you correct the answer in the dashboard and it learns for next time. During the first month, we review tricky cases together to refine tone and rules.
How long to set up?
5 working days from brief to production, in 90% of cases. If your internal handbook still needs structuring, expect 2-3 extra days to format it with you.
What exactly counts as a "question" in the plan?
One staff ↔ Jarvis exchange = 1 question. A 10-message conversation = 1 question (thanks to conversational memory). Beyond the plan, each extra question is billed €0.15. Most restaurants stay comfortably within quota.
Where is my data stored? GDPR?
European hosting (Lithuania datacenter via Hostinger). Conversations are encrypted at rest and auto-deleted after 90 days unless configured otherwise. You own your data and can export it anytime.
When can I cancel?
No commitment. Cancel by email with 30 days notice. On cancellation, you get a full export of your procedures and conversation history.
What if I want Jarvis for something other than a restaurant?
